AMD has announced yet another ultra-fast CPUs of Ryzen 3000s family - the Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor, a third-generation Ryzen CPUs with an 8-core/16-thread with the intention to challenge Intel's i7-9700K with real-time rendering: The Ryzen 7 3700X offered 1% more single-threaded, and 30% more in multi-threaded performance.
Its chip has 65W thermal design power (TDP). AMD claims it is 15 percent faster than the last-gen 2700X in the single-threaded Cinebench R20 test, and 18 percent faster in multi-threaded performance. Plus, it is 28 percent faster than Intel's 9700K, in the multi-threaded test but similar in the single-threaded test. The CPU also has a base/boost speed of 4.4GHz/3.6GHz and 36MB of the total cache.
