Like you said, I'm sure there are a lot of positive ways to use it, but the fact that I can't come up with them easily leads me to believe that the cons probably outweigh the pros. However, that could just be my own pessimism talking.

Maybe I'm misreading, but it sounds like you have to be naked in order for it to do the scan. Then it just gives you the results as if you were in clothing. If that's the case, I don't know how that would be used for security.

My brother swears by his self-cleaning litter box. He doesn't have that one, but his does the same thing. The smart dog collar seems like the winner to me.

Yeah, it's pretty big. He has his set up in his bathroom so I never really have to look at it. He still says it's worth its weight in gold.

They really aren't that much different from the X's starting point. I don't think the accessories are all that much more expensive either, which is surprising to me. I thought those - like maybe the cases - would see a small raise in price.
