Apple usually dominates this yearly competition, so it's no surprise that they're in the #1 spot. But take a look at Razer in the #2 spot - that's a huge improvement from last years report.

Looks like my laptop manufacturer (Asus) only scored at 69%. Eek. I hope I never have to call into their support line. I get too frustrated with incompetent customer service reps.

I agree that there is no point in having a laptop from a company that doesn't provide great quality support. It is exciting to see Razer rank so highly this year and maybe this will even increase the sales.
