The battery is good for five hours, which is about like the #AirPods but not as good as the #PowerbeatsPro earphones. Google and Apple seem to be in constant competition because Pixel Buds is simply an idea popularized by the Airpods. Longer battery life would have sufficed in this case.

I don't mind that these earbuds don't actively cancel out noise. These are something I'd wear to the gym or out running and it's safer to be able to hear in those situations.

I think the article drips with disdain. The Pixel Buds are basically just like AirPods which is strange. I figured Google would add something to set itself apart from other tech companies.

I find the pricing to be a little steep to be honest. I am sure there is a market for this, Google knows how to do their research but personally for me this wouldn't be it.
