Do you agree with the article that data breaches and cyberattacks are big global risks? It feels a little overblown to me. I think cybersecurity is serious business, but not as significant as other threats which kill people and animals.

They are a big risk but I wouldn't put them in the same category as natural disasters and climate change. The risks that cyber attacks pose are many and what should concern governments is the amount of effort deployed to minimize such attacks.

I guess cyberattacks could kill people if spies used it to destroy public transportation and launch nuclear threats. Data breaches could undermine the economy and create political threats which might have a long-lasting ripple effect.
