Netflix raised its prices, but so did Charter, Comcast, and Spectrum so essentially streaming is still cheaper, but the consumer still loses out since everything costs more.

I agree that streaming costs much less besides giving you the freedom to essentially watch programs of your choice. It has been a while since I paid for cable TV and it is possible that a lot of people are making this switch.

I'm aggravated by all the price hikes considering that these companies got huge tax cuts from the government. I guess corporations just always want more.

It's true that Netflix costs more than it used to in its inception, however cable bills are over $100 a month. Netflix's fee of $13.99 seems paltry in comparison.
