When Apple announced that it was replacing iTunes with Apple Music, people started getting worried about their music collection. However, it seems that everyone's music collection is safe, after all. It feels like this is a decision that was well thought out.

I suppose that means we should pay attention to more apps now, but that shouldn't be an issue as long as they all work well. Not that I mind since I only use iTunes to back up my data, so I'm very glad that the feature stays for Windows users... See more

I hate to see it go, but I was glad to learn that you can still buy music for less than a buck in the iTunes Music Store. It just seems weird to split it like they have.

Oh, that's good to know! When I first heard about the change I assumed you had to subscribe to Apple Music if you wanted to hear anything new. Thanks for sharing!

It's true that iTunes is way too big and buggy. I've downloaded it a few times and I always found it very cumbersome. The only thing I liked about it was the Radio function.

I also found it to be cumbersome but all the same, I enjoyed using it. It will be interesting to see how Apple Music, Apple Podcasts and Apple TV work after the exit of iTunes.

Hmm, I've actually never used Apple Music or iTunes before, so the change doesn't affect me. I prefer to stream from services like Spotify or Google Play Music.

This makes the two of us because, for me, iTunes was useful when backing up data. I am now familiar with Apple Music and Podcast, but I'm yet to try out Apple TV.
