Sony products are usually expensive so I'm surprised that this device is pretty cheap. I have a feeling that they recycled the speakers of their laptops that were not sold and made it into portable speakers.

Thanks for sharing! I've wondered about this mini. There are tons of great Bluetooth speakers on the market that are affordable. I bet Sony felt the pinch.

That might be another reason for Sony to lower its prices. Sometimes, more items sold with cheaper prices are better than selling a high priced item with fewer sales or none at all.

You have a point in that no single item is sold for the cheap just for no reason. All the same, I would purchase this Bluetooth speaker because it has amazing features for this price.
