A lot of people were looking forward to its launch and news of its cancellation will be received with mixed reactions. Apple announced it in September 2017 but kept postponing the launch. I still feel like the company will continue to work on this project, and give us a wireless solution sometime in the near future.

The concept did not fail because there are many wireless charger that appeared after the announcement of the AirPower. It is a shame that Apple cancelled the project.
