This is one of the few times that I've willingly signed up for a beta program. It's fantastic that local games can be played across different platforms and shared with friends like this.

@Kate, I sometimes struggle to take decent photos with my mirrorless camera, but I just need to keep snapping away. I think they're a little harder though.

I use a VPN to keep my data from being tracked and sold.  I use the pro version of Windscribe and really like it.  I've also tried TorGuard and it was decent too.

In high-traffic areas like large cities, I can see why the upgrade would matter a great deal to those consumers.  However, it's a weird thing for critics to focus on.   Amazon made the same decision and it wasn't made into a big issue.

It is puzzling as to how far drones have advanced come while self-driving cars seem to have stalled.  Then again, there are less humans and planes in the air than there are humans and vehicles on the road so maybe that explains it.

I have a Garmin smart watch (different model though) and it's great for runners.  I use it to track my mileage and to map my runs.  Garmin makes quality tech so I think it'll make a great gift, Borism.

If I'm having a problem with a piece of software and the beta update claims to fix that problem, then I'm happy to give it a go.  I've done so a few times with Sandboxie.

It's a nice idea, but I remember that Google's other other key was faulty and had to be replaced.  I hope this one doesn't suffer from any malfunctions.

Love it. Sixteen hours of battery life is awesome, but I have to wonder if that's actually true. Manufacturers always seem to pump up battery life stats.
Boilerplate
Yeah, I'd say they're bumping up the stats by turning off certain features so the battery lasts longer.  It's still a good way to compare one headset against another since all companies test their battery life that same way.

Sony has been winding us up for so long about this new PlayStation, that expectations are bound to soar!   The rumors sound promising. Don't let us down Sony!

I switch between Firefox and SeaMonkey for the most part. To answer Mashable's question - some workers still use Internet Explorer because their bosses insist on it.  Why?  Because that's all the boss knows and getting an organization to change... See more

Apple's Series 4 smart watch felt like a major upgrade from previous models.  Sadly, the Series 5 is basically just a firmware update.   I appreciate the option to have an always-on watch face, but I expected more.

It's not that revolutionary.  It's similar to Amazon Show or just FaceTiming online except it works through your television instead of another device.  Am I missing something here?
Boilerplate
That's essentially it.  It's videotelephony .  What I've noticed is that people tend to spend the whole conversation checking out their own appearance rather than focusing on the other person and having a genuine conversation.  It's maddening!

The article has some excellent tips, so thanks for sharing.  It's scary how those criminals operate and how easy it is for them to get away with it.

No, I'm not going to preorder unless they offer a fantastic incentive.  Apple TV Plus comes free for a year with refurbished products too, so I see no reason to buy the latest model.

I love playing Superhot and recommend it if you haven't tried it before.  I think the lower price of VR gear and games might have something to do with virtual reality's increase in popularity.
Boilerplate
I just got mine.  I don't live near an Apple Store so I had  to order through the mail.  It's such a nifty device and I appreciate that Apple hasn't raised the prices on these like they did on each new iteration of the iPhone.

I like the added cover to the new device as shown, but I'm surprised that Echo users of all types didn't expect that actual humans might hear some of their conversations with Alexa.  How else is Amazon supposed to improve its algorithms?
Boilerplate
I didn't realize that Android was open source.  I guess that just goes to show how much control Google has over the operating system.  I don't buy their argument that they're providing a  level of security.  It will take Huawei a long time to... See more

Roombas in general do I great job of picking up the dust that debris that settles underneath the sofa, bed, couch, and other areas that people tend to overlook.  I'd say it's worth paying for, particularly if you have pets.

I hate to see it go, but I was glad to learn that you can still buy music for less than a buck in the iTunes Music Store.  It just seems weird to split it like they have.

Lately, I think camera companies have started acting like smartphone companies.  They're all just in a rush to push out something "new" instead of creating something unique.

I like the thinner, sleeker look and I'm sure the keyboard is a pleasure to use, but I think the Razer Blade 15 is the better buy between these two.

I'm surprised that Google's Pixel line doesn't sell better than it does.  I'm not sure if it's because Google entered the market late or what, but the Pixel has the best smartphone camera and it works flawlessly with AR apps.  Considering how... See more

It looks like an outstanding piece of equipment if its reviews are anything to go by.  I love anything that comes with a tutorial to teach you how to work it. I'm inexperienced with DJing, but have always wanted to learn more about it.

Ouch!  At close to $60 those seem a bit pricey.  I don't remember them being that expensive when they first hit the market.  Then again, maybe the marriage, breeding features provide enough value for folks to make the leap.

I've had great success with Dell's tech support.  Whenever possible they actually send a tech repairer to your home to fix your gear right there instead of requiring  customers to take it to a Dell shop or mail it off to them.  I like that... See more

Huawei's actually stepping outside the foldable box so to speak and I like seeing something that's different.  The fingerprint scanner is nice and I like their idea of possibly creating a transparent smartphone  in the future.  Very nice!

I'm using  Bitdefender Total Security and I don't recommend it.  It seems to do a good job of stopping malware, but when it updates, it usually forces users to restart their computer.  It gets old.
